Please allow 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. You will be notified by e-mail once the item(s) has been shipped.

Express Post:
If you wish for your item to be shipped by express post, please contact us by e-mail via the form on our contact page for pricing, availability and delivery timetable prior to placing your order.

Delivery
Items are shipped via UPS or local post services. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery after order has been dispatched. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you by e-mail.
 

Product Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the product(s) with receipt within seven (7) days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Returned products must contain all of their original components and must be undamaged. A credit for the original purchase price will only be applied to your account once we have received the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition.

The customer is responsible for return postage; the original Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department via the form on our contact page.
